Stuart has worked in the IT industry delivering enterprise network architecture, server virtualization, security and cloud infrastructure insights and experience gleaned from his 20 years in IT. Stuart is responsible for the strategic direction of Eipsys, ensuring we deliver great service to our clients by adhering to our values, removing obstacles and helping customers realise real value from their IT investments.
John
Senior Infrastructure Consultant
John has worked with international clients for almost two decades, he is an experienced senior infrastructure architect. Working with our clients, John has developed solutions that underpin business growth and success for all our clients’ IT infrastructure needs, from on premise server and network solutions, remote working and cloud adoption to IP telephony.
Matisse
Senior Support Technician
A member of the helpdesk, Matisse is on the front line of service dealing with customer queries, support tickets, maintaining backups and providing onsite support to our clients. Her positive and upbeat approach to dealing with issues is a great benefit when it comes to providing the high level of service that Eipsys customers have learnt to expect.
Ahmed
Field Engineer
Ahmed has a wealth of experience within this role. He assists with installation for our clients, does ongoing routine checks on equipment and completes research to ensure he stays up to date with the latest technology. Ahmed is an excellent problem-solver for our clients at Eipsys and is able to manage crises when they arrive.

Data Specialist
Wilson has a deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design and multidimensional design. He has the ability to quickly stage and shape data from data sources into reporting and analytics solutions. Wilson is skilled in designing, building and deploying business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Heidi
Customer Experience Manager
Heidi is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through her high levels of efficiency and organisation. She determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and providing personalised strategies. Heidi also looks after HR functions, general office functions and supporting the team where appropriate.

Ollie is our resident dog who is very laid back and loving to all people, especially those bearing treats!
